1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) define the terms and conditions governing the services provided by By Sanata Photography, represented by ATACHIAN Sandrine, Sole Proprietor.
Any order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTCS.

The services offered include:

4. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros (€).
VAT not applicable, pursuant to Article 293B of the French General Tax Code.
Prices may be modified at any time. The applicable price is the one validated upon signing the quotation.
5. Orders and Quotations
Each service is subject to a personalized quotation.
The order is confirmed only after:
Acceptance of the quotation
Payment of a 50% deposit
Any booking reserves a date, which may result in declining other requests.
5a. Delivery of Your Photos and Videos
We have chosen not to offer printed photo products in order to provide more affordable pricing and faster delivery of your photos.
Your images are available for secure and free download within 15 days directly online through our download platform.
If you would like printed photos, we can of course recommend a trusted partner.
5b. Availability of Private Galleries
To ensure simple and secure access to your photos, each service includes a private online gallery available for a limited period.
Private Clients
Private galleries are accessible for 1 month from the date they are published.
It is possible to extend access for an additional month for a fee of €15.00.
Professional Clients
Private galleries are accessible for 2 months from the date they are published.
It is possible to extend access for an additional 2 months for a fee of €30.00.
We recommend downloading and backing up your files before the gallery expiration date.
6. Payment
A 50% deposit is required when placing the order.
The remaining balance must be paid according to the terms specified in the quotation.

7. Production and Delivery Times
Delivery times for photos and media content are specified in the quotation.
These deadlines may vary depending on the nature of the service and workload.
8. Service Area
Services may be provided in:

Travel expenses may be charged additionally and will be specified in the quotation.
9. Cancellation
The client may cancel the service free of charge up to 1 month before the scheduled date.
After this period:

The deposit paid becomes non-refundable

In cases of force majeure (serious illness, exceptional event), rescheduling may be offered
10. Liability
By Sanata Photography cannot be held liable in cases of:

Force majeure (bad weather, illness, accident, etc.)

Technical issues beyond its control
If the service cannot be carried out, an alternative solution or postponement will be proposed.
11. Intellectual Property
All photographs and content created remain the exclusive property of By Sanata Photography.
Any reproduction, distribution, or use without authorization is prohibited.
The client is granted a personal usage right unless otherwise agreed.
12. Personal Data
Collected data is used solely within the framework of the commercial relationship.
In accordance with current regulations, the client may request access to, modification, or deletion of their personal data.
13. Disputes
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be preferred.
Failing this, the competent courts shall be those of the seller’s place of residence.
14. Acceptance of the GTCS
The client acknowledges having read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale without reservation.
