1. General Principle

As the services offered by By Sanata Photography are personalized services, refund conditions are strictly regulated.

Any booking implies acceptance of this policy.

2. Deposit

​

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the service date.

This deposit:

• Reserves the date

• Commits both the client and the service provider

​

3. Refund Conditions

​

✅ Cancellation more than 1 month before the service

The deposit paid may be fully refunded.

​

❌ Cancellation less than 1 month before the service

The deposit is non-refundable.

​

This rule is due to the fact that a reserved date generally cannot be rescheduled.​

4. Refund After Completion of the Service

​

Once the service has been completed:
No refund can be issued
Photography and content creation services are personalized and non-withdrawable services.

5. Delivery of Content (Photos / Videos)

​

Once the files have been delivered:

• No refund will be possible

• Any modification request must comply with what is specified in the quotation

We have chosen not to offer printed photo products in order to provide more affordable pricing and faster delivery of your photos. Your images are available for secure and free download within 15 days directly online through our download platform at www.bysanataphotography.fr

If you would like printed photos, we can of course recommend a trusted partner.

 

6. Exceptional Circumstances

​

⚠️ Force Majeure

In the event of exceptional circumstances (serious illness, accident, unforeseen event):

• Rescheduling the service will be prioritized

• A refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis

7. Dissatisfaction

​

As the artistic style is unique to By Sanata Photography, no refund may be granted for subjective reasons (taste, style, personal preferences).

8. Refund Processing Time

​

When a refund is approved:

• It is processed within 7 to 14 days

• Using the same payment method as the original order

​
