The purpose of this contest is to allow one randomly selected participant to win:

🎁 A By Sanata Photography photo experience worth €150 incl. VAT

This value may be used toward all services offered by By Sanata Photography, including:

artistic photoshoots,
prestige experiences,
creative experiences,
couple sessions,
family sessions
or any other offer available at the time of booking.

ARTICLE 3 — CONTEST DATES

The contest will run:

The winner will be selected during:

ARTICLE 4 — CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

Participation in the contest is free and no purchase is necessary.

The contest is open to:

any adult individual,
residing in mainland France or Europe,
with internet access and a valid email address.

The following may not participate:

members of the contest organization,
any person directly involved in the setup of the contest.

Only one entry per person will be accepted.

ARTICLE 5 — HOW TO ENTER

To participate, entrants must:

✅ Complete the entry form before the closing date
✅ Provide accurate and valid information

Participants are also invited to:

⭐ Share the contest in their story and tag By Sanata Photography to increase visibility (optional)

⚠️ The Organizer reserves the right to verify that the winner follows the official By Sanata Photography Instagram and TikTok accounts before the final validation of the contest result.

Therefore:

anyone may freely enter the contest,
however, if the selected participant is not following the official accounts at the time of verification, the Organizer may invalidate the participation and conduct a new draw.

Any entry that is:

incomplete,
fraudulent,
duplicate,
automated,
or containing incorrect information
may be cancelled without prior notice.

ARTICLE 6 — SELECTION OF THE WINNER

​

The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries submitted before the closing date of the contest.

The result will be announced:

during a TikTok live,
and/or by email or private message.

​

The winner will have 14 calendar days to respond to the Organizer.

​

Without a response within this period, or in the event of non-compliance with these rules, a new draw may be conducted.

ARTICLE 7 — PRIZE

The winner will receive:

🎁 A By Sanata Photography photo experience worth €150 incl. VAT.

​

Terms of use:

​

valid for one-time use only,
not exchangeable for cash,
non-refundable,
non-transferable,
valid for 6 months from the date of the draw.

If the selected service exceeds €150, the remaining balance will be the responsibility of the winner.

​

⚠️ If the selected service is less than €150, the remaining balance will be permanently lost and may not be refunded, credited, or used at a later date.

​

No financial compensation may be requested in exchange for the prize.

⚠️ CONDITIONS FOR THE PHOTO EXPERIENCE

The photo experience included as part of the €150 prize will take place in Paris or the Greater Paris area, on a date chosen by the winner according to By Sanata Photography’s availability.

If the winner wishes to book the experience outside Paris or the Greater Paris area, all additional costs will be entirely at the winner’s expense, including:

travel expenses,
accommodation expenses,
as well as meal expenses.

​

These costs must be paid before the experience takes place.

ARTICLE 8 — LIABILITY

The Organizer cannot be held responsible for:

any technical issue preventing access to the contest,
internet network malfunctions,
temporary interruption of the website,
errors in the contact details provided by the participant,
or any event beyond its control.

cancel,
modify,
extend,
or postpone the contest
if circumstances require it.

The Organizer shall not be held liable as a result.

ARTICLE 10 — ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES

Participation in the contest implies full and unconditional acceptance of these official rules.

Any failure to comply with the rules may result in the immediate cancellation of the related participation.

These official rules are governed by French law.

​

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken.

Failing an amicable agreement, the competent courts shall be those within the jurisdiction of the Organizer.
